Woody has lived in the Flint Hills for several years in the recent past, having pastored a church in Chase County. He loves the down-home ways of Kansans and the big sky out here on the prairie.
Woody is a decorated combat veteran from the Vietnam War, having served with U.S. Navy SEAL Team One.
Home care is close to his heart as he and his adult children cared for his wife at home throughout the duration of her terminal illness several years ago. Woody purchased At Home Care in his wife’s honor wishing to continue “helping those who have helped us,” as he puts it.
Woody is a member in good standing with The Society of Certified Senior Advisors, a nationally recognized educational group equipping professionals who are committed to improving the lives of seniors.
In his leisure, he raises cattle horses in the Flint Hills and enjoys riding his motorcycle on the weekend.
Wamego Area Manager
Stacy proudly joined the team with At Home Caregivers in May 2014. She has spent most of her career in healthcare management. Stacy’s greatest strengths include excellent customer service, multitasking, and coaching our Caregivers. Stacy currently serves as Area Manager for Wamego and the surrounding communities. Stacy takes great pride in all she does and strives to provide excellent service to our clients, their families, and our Caregivers.
In November 2009, Stacy’s grandmother had a massive stroke. After spending months in the hospital and a nursing home, her grandmother was able to return home to her husband on the farm with the help of family and some home care services. As a result of great care, home medical equipment and having great family and friends visiting often, “Grandma” was able to live out her life at home until she passed in December 2014. Having her grandmother remain at home will forever be cherished as an important experience in Stacy’s life. She wants to assist other families to have this same positive experience.
Stacy is the third generation of the Chrest and Ebert families in the Wamego area where she is proudly raising her three children, Aidan, Chase and Jacie. She enjoys her kids sporting events, the outdoors, and time with family and friends.
